Reincarnation Colosseum is about a gamer boy named Mikagami Kouji who gets summoned inside a game by a big busted head priestess named Zayd. She enslaves him to be a gladiator and to find at the Colosseum. However, if he loses, he has to face sexual abuse.

The Chapter starts with Fine using her combination skill which combines two attributes into one. This was a powerful move, and even though it deterred Mikagami a bit, he expected shocks like this.
The story goes into a flashback scene where Mikagami, Zulu, and Marl were discussing the fighting strategies at Zulu’s hideout. Since Mikagami is not aware of the skills that Fine possesses, he thought of using his copy skill and defeating her. But, it could be done only if she does not recognize his true identity.
The way to hide Mikagami’s identity was to use the skill which would turn him into a woman. However, the country has a strict policy on this skill, and the people with this skill are closely monitored. Some even receive capital punishment if they use the skill without prior permission. Zulu revived the Mikagami Noveau-Riche after they were killed by Fine.
Mikagami also takes note of all the 108 skills that Fine possesses and the discussion between all of them helps him. In the present, Mikagami has learned a few ways of Fine’s strategies and blocks a few of her moves with his own. He keeps defending her attacks.
Fine mocks him and asks if he will ever be on the offensive and not play the defensive card. She then uses her smoke skill which blurs the vision. When Mikagami tries copying it, something goes wrong and we see Fine saying it is over.
