The story revolves around them and their two other friends astronaut Howard Wolowitz and Astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrapalli. These four are huge nerds and science fiction fans who never miss an issue of any comic nor any movie in the Marvel world. The guys first meet Penny, a waitress at the Cheesecake Factory after she moves in as a neighbour to Sheldon and Leonard.
The guys later meet other women and their life thus changes forever. The story is a continuous fun fest with events of their lives and academic careers going on. Sheldon meets a very academically oriented woman named Amy Farrah Fowler. From being an academic robot, he transforms into a real person and learns a lot more about people through her.
The story is mostly about references related to science, Sheldon’s intelligence and a lot more details from the sci-fi shows they keep watching. Eventually, they all settle down and at the end of the show has a very proud moment where Sheldon gets his dream fulfilled.
Altogether it is a very sciencey show and everybody in the field or those who are curious can watch.
