Spirited Away begins with a little girl, Chihiro, and her family moving into the suburbs. They lose their way and end up near a tunnel. The father wants to explore the tunnel, but Chihiro is against the idea. Her parents decide to go inside the tunnel, and finally, Chihiro decides to go inside.
After crossing the tunnel, they enter a beautiful place. Chihiro is skeptical but continues to explore the place with her parents. They find the roads and restaurants empty. So, the parents start eating the food in the restaurant, but Chihiro doesn’t. She keeps exploring, and when she returns, Chihiro finds her parents turned into pigs.
Chihiro runs everywhere, unable to believe that her parents have turned into pigs. She meets a boy named Haku, who asks her to run and hide her. Later, he explains about the realm and asks her to seek a job in the new world as it is the only way to survive.
Chihiro manages to get a job, gains everyone’s trust, and tries not to forget her goal and name. In the end, the witch changes her mind and turns her parents into humans. She meets Haku for the last time, and they promise to meet each other again. Haku asks her not to look back while returning to her world.
Spirited Away 2 Plot:
Spirited Away ended with Chihiro and Haku promising each other to meet again. So, if there is a second part of Spirited Away, it will pick up from it left in the previous part. We will get to see the new life of Chihiro in the new human town and wait for Haku. Haku will somehow meet her, and there will be a perfect happy ending for them.
