Ajit is an assistant sub-inspector in Mumbai. He is a corrupt man. There is another character named Naren Vyas. He teaches at the local school where Tara attends. Naren has a crush on Maya. This crush looks similar to obsession as well. One day, Maya’s life turns upside down when Ajit comes looking for her in Kalimpong.
During a facial confrontation between Maya, Tara, and Ajit, a disaster occurs. Maya and Tara kill Ajit. When Naren knows about it, he offers to help the single mother. Things get complicated when Inspector Karan Anand arrives from Mumbai in search of Ajit. The makers ended the story, and there is no cliffhanger for Jaane Jaan Part 2.
