Everything I Know About Love Season 1 begins with childhood friends Maggie and Birdie moving to London into their first house share. They share their house with Nell and Amara. Maggie starts enjoying her new life by meeting hot musicians and attending events.
They settle down in London, and Birdie continues dating Nathan as things get serious between them. Soon, Maggie realizes that Birdie is slipping away. Maggie tries to accept Birdie’s blossoming relationship, and to clear her head, Maggie visits her hometown and spends a messy, humiliating weekend.
Maggie starts reevaluating her relationships. She finally decides to grow up and focus on work by avoiding sex and booze, which doesn’t go well with her roommates. Tensions keep building between the friends.
In the final episode, Birdie decides to move out of the house and move with her boyfriend. Devastated, Maggie goes on a solo trip to New York. Even Amara and Nell choose to leave the house. During her stay in New York, Maggie hooks up with a guy, but the events become more disastrous.
A knight in shining armor appears out of nowhere, and a 72-hour-long love journey begins. The guy begs Maggie to stay in New York, but she leaves, and her mother helps her to heal.
