During the end of Heart Of Stone, there was a run-and-fight sequence in Reykjavík in Iceland where she had to prevent Parker from destroying the Charter’s biggest weapon. The bike that Gal Gadot rides on in that sequence in the movie Heart Of Stone is the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR.
It is a bike of Triumph Motorcycles Ltd which was established in 1983 by John Bloor. The model in this movie is the Red Hopper and the Storm Grey version. There is another version of the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR which is the Storm Grey and the Crystal White one. This motorcycle was launched by the company in 2022.

What Is Heart Of Stone About?
Heart Of Stone begins with a botched job by an M16 team. This team’s tech support is Rachel Stone who was given the task of extracting Mulvaney from the ski lodge casino. Mulvaney is an illegal arms dealer who could be a potential asset to the country. To get close and hack the encryption key, Stone goes inside the casino, plays one hand, and suddenly disappears.
Meanwhile, two field agents named Parker and Yang get inside the restricted gambling area to try and get Mulvaney to have a heart attack. Their plan fails, but Parker manages to get him alone on a cable car. We then see Stone who contacts the Charter, a secret organization that maintains peace and helps the M16 team.
Before Stone could reach Mulvaney, he takes in cyanide. The whole M16 team gets reprimanded in London and even Nomad, the head of the Charter, gets upset at Stone. She then comes to know of Keya, a young hacker who was in Lisbon. However, in Lisbon, Parker kills all team members except Stone and informs her of his plan to go after MacGuffin known as The Heart.
He also reveals Keya was on his side helping to take down Mulvaney. Parker injects Stone with a device after learning of her identity and that the Charter is responsible for taking care of The Heart. He immobilizes her, but she is revived at the Charter. Nomad takes her off the case, and Keya calls to mock her. A run and fight ensues where we learn the real antagonist is Parker, not Keya.
