Every time, the West Bengal Public Service Commission ( WBPSC) holds several examinations to fill innumerable Grade A and Grade B positions in the state’s public service. The Public Service Commission of West Bengal conducts competitive examinations in three parts each time for the WBCS( Exe) and other similar positions. WBCS 2023 Application Form

The operation form is available on the official website provided by the Government of West Bengal. Before completing the WBCS operation Form, Candidates must precisely read the guidelines. Candidates must enter all the documental information which includes their name, address, phone number, and valid dispatch address for correspondence. Campaigners must also use a credit card, disbenefit card, or net banking to pay the operation cost, as well as upload their scanned prints and autographs.

WBCS 2023 Eligibility Criteria

  • The Candidate must be a citizen of India.
  • The age of the aspirants should be between 21 years to 32 years.
  • The Candidates of Reserved Categories will get 3 years of relaxation at the upper age.
  • Candidates must have completed the graduation or any other equivalent three years degree from a recognized institute.

WBCS Application Form Fee

  • For General, BC Candidates have to pay Rs. 215/- for Online Payment and Rs. 230/- for Offline payment.
  • The SC, and ST Candidates of West Bengal and Persons with disabilities( PWD) having a physical disability of 40 and over are exempted from paying any figure.

WBCS Selection Process

The selection process includes – a written test and a personality test.

  • The written examination will be conducted in two stages – primary and Mains examinations
  • Candidates will be invited to appear in the main test, after qualifying for the pre-exam.
  • The main test will be descriptive.
  • The interview is the final step in the selection process, and Candidates will only be chosen for the positions after passing it.

  1. Open the official website of WBPSC.
  2. For registration click on the option “One Time Registration” which will be displayed on the homepage of the website.
  3. Enter all your details and check the details twice whether you submitted the correct information or not.
  4. Once you have your own registration id and password, you are able to open your profile while using login credentials.
  5. Pay the fee and submit.
  6. Print the application form for future purposes.

Interview Process
