The Sandman Season 1 Recap:
The Sandman Season 1 revolves around Morpheus, a strong group of beings called Endless. They are immortal and have unimaginable powers. They have to live between Humans and Gods.
The Morpheus has a realm known as the Dreaming. While discovering his tools in the realm, Morpheus and his Raven end up in heaven.
There is a faceoff between Morpheus and Lucifer in hell. Morpheus defeats Lucifer and gets his realm back along with devil Ire. When he returns from hell, he finds that John Dee possesses a powerful Ruby that can destroy Morpherus.
Morpheus defeats John Dee because he makes a mistake. After that, he goes after a collection called Doll’s House. While searching for the collection, they meet Rose, who is a vortex. The siblings of Morpheus try to use Rose to destroy Morpheus.
Rose changes her side at last and decides to end her life to save Dreaming. Morpheus understands that his siblings are trying to make him kill his blood.
There is a twist in the show. Rose is the grand-niece of Morpheus. She is the granddaughter of Desire. Morpheus confronts Desire and warns him to step away.
The second season will complete the fourth and fifth volumes of the comic book. Neil Gaiman confirmed that season 2 will depend on his book, Season Of Mists.
Season 1 received 7.7/10 IMDB ratings, and the rotten tomatoes are 87%. We hope the second season will gain the same amount of popularity as season 1.
