The Girl I Like Forgot Her Glasses explores the genre of romance and comedy. The plot revolves around the high school student Kaede Komura who has a crush on his deskmate Ai Mie.
He wants to see her beautiful eyes which are always shielded behind her glasses. He gives his whole attention to her and started realizing something, Mie always has to squint her eyes because most of the time she forgot her glasses.
Komura finds her habit of forgetting her glasses adorable. But it is not cute for Mie as her habit of forgetting her glasses causes her much trouble since she has terrible eyesight.
Komura saw Mie having problems in school due to her habit and gladly lend her a helping hand. Mie started leaning towards Komura and her day started becoming bright.
