Some students experience obstacles on their path to success. Some students are able to study regardless of their educational background in order to succeed in their chosen industries. Few students, meanwhile, are able to fulfill their desire to attend a reputable university. In 1977–1978, the Indian government launched the “NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP PORTAL” program for students just like them. The World Bank provided help to National Scholarship. The Ministry of Minority Affairs, under the direction of Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi, also initiated it. The NSP’s goal is to provide a SMART system for the quicker, more efficient processing of scholarship applications and the error-free transfer of monies into student accounts. The national literacy portal offers a variety of services at one convenient location.
