Hiyori and the god get close and build a connection in the story. In the case of Hiyori, her soul keeps slipping off from her body and he helps her to make sure this is gone and that he will be curing her. To help Hiyori, the god builds a connection with Yukine who is a lost spirit. The story goes on about how the three become a family and complete tasks and fight evils who try to get in their way.
Coming to the third season, there has not been any announcement, unfortunately. Some sources are even doubtful if there will ever be another season of the show as well. It has been a lot of time since the release of the second one but there are still no updates about the arrival of another season.

As for the English dub of Noragami, the cast will continue to be the same as well. There will not be many changes as long as there are some changes.
