Eligibility – Graduate with 2 years full-time MBA (Finance)/PG Diploma in Finance/Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management with 2 years post qualification relevant experience.

Executive Director (Operations)
Eligibility – A degree in Agriculture/Veterinary Science/Dairy Technology/Basic Sciences/Commerce/Economics/Engineering, preferably with a Management background
Work Experience
- Candidates must have at least 25 years of work experience (at least 5 years in a senior leadership position reporting to the Managing Director/Executive Director or equivalent).
- The applicant should be a senior management professional who has experience in project and budget planning, implementation and execution of flagship programs of the organization, appraisal, fund/portfolio management, knowledge of lending policies in India and funding by international agencies including preferably, those relating to the development sector, necessary knowledge of accounting, procurement procedure, and tax laws.
Executive Director (Technical)
Eligibility – A degree in Agriculture/Veterinary Science/Dairy Technology/Basic Sciences /Commerce/Economics/Engineering, preferably with a Management background
Work experience
- At least 25 years of work experience (at least 5 years in a senior leadership position reporting to the Managing Director/Executive Director).
- Candidate must be a senior management professional who has experience in handling large-scale dairy development/animal husbandry and allied programs/activities, and experience of the entire dairy value chain including procurement, marketing, and inputs activities.
