Light The Night is a story about two women named Rose and Sue who own a nightclub named Hikari in Taipei. This Japanese-themed restro is an exclusive spot for wealthy business executives. Rose and Sue are close to each other but tensions arise at times due to their complicated and intertwined lives.
The first season is set in 1988 when a dead body is found in the woods by a group of teenagers. The second season ends with Chiang Han getting hit by a car after he listened to a recording of an unknown woman talking about the murder of another young woman.
The third season of Light The Night shows the investigation behind Sue’s killing, Rose being released from prison, and her unusual friendship with Hana, another inmate. If Light The Night gets renewed for its fourth season, the plot would have to change a lot since a few arcs have been wrapped up.
