The Central Coalfields Limited [CCL] manages the nationalized coal mines of the coal mines authority, Central division. The recruitment notification is in place to invite candidates for the post of apprentice, junior overman, and several other positions. The notification for the same was released a few days back and it was announced that the selection would be done from the already recruited candidates.
Many things should be considered while applying for CCL jobs in 2023. Some of these things include exam patterns, syllabi, admit cards, important dates, previous year question papers, etc. The selection process will comprise a selection test of a total of 100 marks which consists of a written examination of 70 marks and a proficiency test of 30 marks.
The selection of candidates will be based on their relative performance on both tests. The written exam will take place through an OMR sheet and consist of multiple-choice questions. There would not be any negative marking and the duration of the exam is 90 minutes. A personal interview will also take place after clearing the examination

- Valid Gas Testing Certificate.
- Valid First Aid Certificate.
- Valid Overman’s certificate of expertise from DGMS under Coal Mines Regulation 1957 or any other certificate in Mining which entitles to work as an overman as per Coal Mine Regulation 1957.

Admit Card For CCL
The exam will be held online mode, most probably in the month of May. The admit cards for the same would be released on the official website mentioned above. The admit cards will be issued only to the candidates whose application forms will be accepted by the examination officials. Entry at the examination hall will only be provided to those who bring their admit card and hall ticket. Candidates can download the admit cards and preserve them.
