Eligible degrees for the exam are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any University that is UGC Approved.
  • Engineering degree (B.Tech/ B.E.) and that should be approved from MHRD/ UPSC/ AICTE.
  • Those who are pursuing the last year of their graduation can also sit in the exams but that University should also be UGC, MHRD/ AICTE/ UGC Approved.
  • CA/ CS/ ICWA/ Fellow of FIAI who are approved by MHRD/ UPSC/ AICTE can also sit for the exam.

How To Register For CAT 2023?

To register yourself for CAT 2023, you need to follow the steps that are mentioned below:

  1. First, go to the official website
  2. Then click on Register and register yourself as a new candidate.
  3. Then enter all the important details like the Name of the Candidate, Contact Number, DOB, Email, etc.
  4. Then submit and generate a User ID & Password.
  5. And then you will get your ID & Password that will be sent to your contact details.

Well, now it is time for the submission of fees, so let me tell you that, for the General category it is Rs. 2200, and for SC, ST, and PWD, it is Rs. 1100, comprising CAT registration fees and IIM application fees.
