We usually do not see much content in the world of sports. However, Netflix changed that with the recent release of a tennis documentary titled Break Point. The show has been created by Netflix by collaborating with the Association of Tennis Professionals or ATP, and the Women’s Tennis Association, or WTA.
Break Point has been created by Kari Lia, directed by Martin Webb, and produced by Box to Box Films along with Annie Tetchner, James Gay-Rees, and Paul Martin, among others. The series was released in two parts. The first part was released on 13th January 2023 with 5 episodes, and the second part was released on 21st June 2023, also with 5 episodes.
Within a month of its release, Break Point has garnered a rating of 7.3 on IMDb, 83% on Rotten Tomatoes, 74% on Metacritic, and 89% from Google users. The reviews seem moderate and fans are curious whether the showrunners have any plans for a Break Point Season 2.
