BPCL Management Trainee Posts 2023: Job Procedure
Once, the candidate gets selected on the basis of the written exams, personal interviews, and group discussions, he is not directly appointed as the permanent officer or trainee in the company. He needs to pass the probation as well as the training period successfully to be appointed as an executive in a particular department. The probation period for the training is one year but it also gets extended according to the evaluation of a person’s performance.
Once the probation period is over, that particular candidate is then placed in a particular unit as an executive to learn more aspects of his post. After he gets successful in completing his role as an executive, that person will be allotted that job across any of the BPCL offices situated in the country. Once the company provides the posting, the selected candidate is then assigned a particular work profile according to which he will work in the future. If he is recruited in the ‘Operations’ unit, he needs to work in shifts.
The basic salary offered to them is about ₹25,000 and it goes up to ₹50,000 a month. This pay scale includes the Dearness Allowance as well.
